Firstly, the receptionist are very polite, very thorough and patient-focused, especially when it comes to the welfare of younger (school age) patients. Secondly, Dr. Rickenen was very professional and thorough in his investigation and even the 'locum' doctor was exceptionally thorough and professional. How very re-assuring.
